How we started

Omni ES started as pioneers in the staffing industry. Established in 2011, we bring over 18 years experience to our work. As an industry expert we earned a strong reputation in this market, which we continue to build upon today. Omni ES is building such a reputation that all of our customers are frequently referred to us by word of mouth, thus highlighting the fact that we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations.

Consultants with Experience

To provide value to our clients and candidates in the recruitment process, we believe our consultants need deep experience to draw upon. All of our consultants have at least 9 years relevant experience in recruitment & office operations.

At Omni ES, one of our primary goals is to build long-term partnerships with our clients. Remarkably, the average length of service of our consultants is around 11 years. Our history of retaining specialist consultants means the consultant who our clients deal with today, is likely to be the one they deal with well into the future.

We provide quality labour solutions across a number of industry sectors and focus on helping both our employers and job seekers to meet their needs.  We also provide training and on-the-job mentoring for all our staff so that the consistency of our core values are maintained.
